An investment company may, according to a contract concluded in a written form, delegate to a natural person, a legal person or an organisational entity without legal personality, for permanent or temporary performance of intermediary activity of such investment company (investment company agent), for and on the behalf of the investment company.

Contractual relations with more than one investment firm on the basis of agency agreement are not allowed.

An agent of an investment company, who concluded a contract with the investment company, is a business operator within the meaning of the Act on the Freedom of Business Activity.
