Notice on maintenance break

Please be advised that between 20:00 and 23:00 the Electronic Information Transfer System (ESPI) will be closed for maintenance (in accordance with § 13 point 2 of the Terms of Use of the Electronic Information Transfer  System). Please do not use the ESPI system during those hours. 

How to report a failure

1. Using a form
Technical failures and/or issues may be reported twenty-four hours a day, on any day of the week, using the ESPI service request (available in polish) form. 

All requests received by the UKNF after 16:15 or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

A request must contain a business name and a telephone number to call for further information on the request. 

2. By phone

The technical failures and irregularities concerning the Electronic Information Transfer System (ESPI) may be reported by calling the ESPI helpline on: 22 262 40 00, 728 321 645, 882 789 180. The helpline is open on business days between 8:15 and 18:00.
